Identity & Cyber Security Case Manager Intake Role (WA)

About the Role
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. We have positions available within IDCARE’s Perth CBD. The role will require you to liaise directly with clients for a variety of identity-related issues. In this Intake role, you will be the first point of contact for vulnerable clients engaging our service, so naturally you must be compassionate, understanding, and have an ability to adapt your communication style to support a diverse range of clients. Working in a high-pressure environment, you will need to be flexible and have proven experience in lateral thinking and complex problem solving. It is essential you possess a high level of attention to detail, that you are receptive to feedback, and can demonstrate resiliency. You will be required to handle confidential and sensitive information, so strong written skills to document client case notes are essential.
Requirements
- Successful applicants will be subject to a police background check, working with children and organisational suitability check.
- Candidates who are currently studying or already have qualifications in behavioural sciences, arts and humanities, or criminology will be looked upon favourably.
- A letter of introduction, including your availability in relation to days and hours.
- Confirmation of your rights to work in Australia.
