The Asset Owners Client Service VP role is responsible for strategic management, proactive client engagement, client solutioning, and service level governance across the global delivery organization.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As an Asset Owners Client Service VP you will:
- Ensure strategic management of long-term relationships of assigned clients in coordination with leadership from other teams including Middle Office, Performance & Analytics, Private Markets, GCOOs, Relationship Managers, etc.
- Establish and maintain senior level relationships with assigned clients.
- Ensure superior client satisfaction by monitoring day-to-day service quality and deliverables across global delivery organization including analysis of KPIs and other applicable metrics.
- Coordinate issue resolution and client communication where appropriate including operational and regulatory matters.
- Conduct workshops with clients to identify process improvement opportunities and implementation of consistent operational best practices.
- Oversee project management of client driven initiatives and open items activities with clients.
- Oversee change management coordination including fund openings, closures, transitions, restructures, etc.
- Oversee client documentation maintenance including SLAs, AML, FTTOP, etc.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information that pertains to client issues, division and corporate operations and short/long-term strategies.
- Participate in client focused remediation working groups and operating model change initiatives.
- Ensure client needs are proactively identified and manage potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction.
- Lead conversions/start-up of new client relationships and coordinate with client and applicable SSC operating areas while managing internal and client expectations.
- Manage preparation of internal risk and compliance profiles and respond to inquiries from client auditors.
- Provide staffing recommendations by interviewing new personnel and working with Talent Acquisition throughout the hiring process.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development, and complete performance evaluations.
- During the course of normal day to day operations, responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
- Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, etc.).
