Senior Product Marketing Managerto join fast-pace and dynamic team of marketers that lead a multi-billion dollar business.
This is a role that requires strategic thinking, cross-group collaboration, and storytelling as well as a passion for technology and new business models. In this role you will
partnerclosely with the
engineering team, field, and stakeholdersacross Microsoft to
developour
strategy, and plan to
drive adoptionand
acceleratethe growth of your
product portfolio. You will have to
analyze industry use casesfor the most complicated computing use cases,
target high-tech audiences, and plan how to reach them and communicate the value and differentiation of your product. We’re looking for someone who can develop innovative partnership approaches that create shared value for Microsoft, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Build a world-class marketing plan to land Intune products and services world wide internally and externally.
- Be the owner on your domain as a business, deeply understanding the business model, business drivers, opportunities and challenges.
- Deliver multi-audience value proposition, use cases and scenarios that ultimately demonstrates Microsoft thought leadership and technological edge.
- Build and lead a community around the company as a v-team of business partners to champion this new business.
- Develop and land strategy for growing the business through sales, marketing and partners, including an approach to recruit both established and new partners.
- Work with teams across Microsoft to develop programs, offers, and campaigns to execute this strategy.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to communicate customer voice, requirements and deliver improvements into our offerings.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience growing new businesses and building relationships with multi-discipline stakeholders and senior executives
- Experience in cloud computing technologies management and security solutions, business drivers, and emerging trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience
- Leadership skills and community building; thrive working across organizational and cultural boundaries.
- Ability to influence decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow through
- Ability to deal with ambiguity & identiffy systemic approaches to solving problems
- Results driven; analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
