Senior Vice President, Hotel Market Partnerships

As the Senior Vice President of Hotel Market Partnerships, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction for Expedia Group’s Marketplace across its Hotel brands to delight travelers and engage quality supply partners.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a global distributed organization of 1300 FTEs, Vendors and 25 Early in Career Graduates across 50 countries.
- Align Business Strategy to Sales Strategy and Execution: Understand market trends and evaluate strategic opportunities for profitable growth.
- Drive Commercial Excellence: Deliver healthy growth through strong commercial mindset and expert knowledge.
- Influence Enterprise Relationships: Build relationships with Product & Tech, Marketing, and our Brands.
- Strong presence in the travel and hospitality industry: Engage in speaking events and podcasts.
- Orchestrate Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze financial modeling of commercial deals.
- Manage through tensions: Lead in an environment of constant pressure from business and partners.
- Establish Performance Metrics: Regularly evaluate performance against established financial KPIs.
- Ensure Global Alignment: Foster consistency across diverse markets.
