Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
Experience Required
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in a professional environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a related field.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including configuration, customization, and scripting.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as incident management, change management, and CMDB.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Objective
Assist operations at ICE Headquarters as a ServiceNow Programmer/Developer.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and tools using ServiceNow APIs and web services.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices, and apply them to enhance existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and solution architects, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments.
