Job Description
- As-is assessment findings related to IT PMO operations and practices.
- Requirements, plan, and related artifacts for developing and implementing solution for improving PMO operations and practices.
- Clarity PPM configurations and updates in support of solution.
- Metrics that can be applied across the enterprise to identify issues and challenges associated with health of each project.
- Standard and customized Clarity PPM reports.
- Requirements specification training plan and materials for the community.
- Serve as system administrator of Clarity PPM system.
- Manages the Clarity PPM suite by working with stakeholders to develop the requirements and establish technical documentation.
- Capture, develop and implement changes to the Clarity PPM platform.
- Customize the Clarity tool as necessary.
- Troubleshoots system problems and implement bug fixes as necessary.
- Provide helpdesk support for users of the system.
- Develop reports and dashboards as requested for IT project review meetings.
- Interviews customers and different stakeholders to elicit requirements.
- Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into system requirements.
- Documents fine grain system requirements and tracks requirements to implementation.
- Manage the SharePoint site by working with the community to develop different collaboration sites.
- Capture business process documentations by working closely with different stakeholders.
- Develop rich excel workbook frameworks to manage budgets and other financial related activities.
- Document gaps and opportunities for improving IT PMO operations.
- Establish the requirements for PMO improvements and standardization.
- Capture key metrics associated with the project.
- Develop communication and training materials.
- Establish a common repository to track and monitor incoming IT requests.
- Lead training sessions to include developing training materials, videos in support of all IT standardization and improvement initiatives.
- Support the CIO organization by developing presentation and executive documentations that highlights key metrics, findings, and status progress on key projects and programs.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Work independently with users to define concepts and understand user needs.
- Document gaps and opportunities for improvement and Monthly Progress Report.
