Job Description
BryceTech is looking for an experienced IDIQ program manager to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
Customer Background Information: Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power is the Space Systems Command Program Executive Office (PEO) focused on delivering cyber, ground- and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to national, allied, and commercial space systems.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong systems engineering background with management of System of Systems Interface Control Documents that include both hardware and software.
- Broad experience with ground systems, TT&C, Command and Control, Data transport layer, Space Systems in multiple orbits.
Description of work:
- Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice and assistance for all projects and programs.
- Revise or provide draft JCIDS and acquisition documentation to the applicable Government program manager.
- Provide a draft SME-level technical and/or programmatic status report upon request by the Government.
- Identify areas of improvement, including acquisition process improvements.
- Maintain awareness of current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, and report requirement shortfalls.
- Advise the Government program manager on technical engagements.
- Provide technical and operational insight to support mission protection, operations, and mission data assessments.
- Provide engineering and technical expertise to support ongoing and new/advanced Command and Control (C2) efforts.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements: MA/MS
Experience Requirements: Over 10 years of relative experience.
Experience utilizing the MS Office Suite of Tools.
Specialized Tool Experience: DOORS or similar.
Additional Information
Must have TS/SCI and have current SCI access.
Position is contingent on BryceTech winning a prime bid on the USSF SSC HEMISPHERE contract and subsequent TOs.
