Job Overview
The VP of Operations for our Marketing Agency will lead the operational functions, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and manage the Operations team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and operational excellence.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to support marketing service delivery.
- Standardize project management practices to ensure consistency and performance across teams.
- Identify inefficiencies and risks within operational processes and design proactive solutions.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with client services to meet client expectations and enhance satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and data analytics.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage the operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency in all activities.
- Collaborate with finance to track and report on KPIs related to profitability and operational efficiency.
- Team Development & Culture:
- Build and nurture a positive team culture, focusing on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring strong leadership and operational excellence.
- Technology & Innovation:
- Implement and leverage technologies and tools to improve operational effectiveness and project management.

Experience:
- 8+ years of professional experience in a digital media environment.
- Experience in the franchise industry is preferable but not required.
- Proven track record in paid digital media with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Strong fundamentals in SEO, public relations, web development, and paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn).
- Demonstrated success in developing strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in project planning, presentation development, and delivery.
