Compensation: $90,000-100,000 Annual Salary + Full Time Benefits

Position Overview:
- Manages the day-to-day clinical operations through consistent communication with staff that is supportive of staff roles and responsibilities
- Leads the program development, design, and implementation of the program model and curriculum
- Participates in the recruitment and hiring of clinical treatment staff, ensuring that staff meet all professional requirements and are practicing within those requirements and related guidelines
- Provides supervision to counseling and therapy staff in a manner that ensures assessments, treatment plans, progress reporting, and transition planning is conducted according to clinical and accreditation standards
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Clinical Leadership and Supervision: The ability to lead and supervise clinical staff effectively, ensuring adherence to treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
- Program Development and Implementation: Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of adolescent clients.
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: A deep understanding of regulatory standards (such as JCAHO and RCCF) and the ability to ensure that the program complies with all relevant guidelines and requirements.
- Communication and Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to foster a supportive environment, maintain consistent communication with staff, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of therapists and healthcare professionals.
- Recruitment and Staff Development: Competence in recruiting, hiring, and developing clinical staff, ensuring that team members meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles for optimal client care.
Training & Experience:
- Licensed Practitioner in the state of Virginia (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- All staff must be CPR Certified prior to beginning employment
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization (“PHP”), and/or intensive outpatient (“IOP”) setting
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience.
- Candidates must have an understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Joint Commission) as well as program development
