Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

The Department of Anesthesiology at UMass Medical Center is seeking CRNAs to join our collaborative group of colleagues. Located west of Boston in Worcester, Massachusetts, our expanding team of nurse anesthetists practice at the top of their licenses as integrated members of the team.

As a member of UMass Memorial Health, CRNAs have received a newly updated compensation package that values your contributions:
- Salaries from $260K to $270K based on experience
- Sign-on bonuses and newly added referral bonus program
- Flexible scheduling is available for full and part-time positions
- No weekends or on-call required for full and part-time caregivers
- 10, 12, 16 and 24-hour shifts available to ensure work-life balance
- Days, weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts available
- Ability for additional income with incentivized voluntary additional call
- 8+ weeks of vacation/CME/holidays
- Comprehensive tuition reimbursement benefit
- Practice Allowance / CME allowance - $2,500 per fiscal year

- CRNA certification
