Clinical Director Role at Discovery:
We are seeking a Clinical Director with strong leadership skills to join and lead our rapidly growing North Carolina team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the Jacksonville location.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the guidance of our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Compensation:
$90,000-$105,000 depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- LBA certification
- 4+ years of experience in the ABA field
- Leadership experience a plus
- Administrative experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
