Montefiore IT is actively recruiting for Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management! We recently implemented Infor FSM, and we are assembling a dedicated team to provide ongoing support for the lifecycle of this critical module.
The Software Engineer working as a Reporting Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in the Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules of Infor ERP, Infor BIRST, and Infor d/EPM. The developer will closely work with Finance/SCM business analysts to identify reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support business needs. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in the Finance/SCM modules of Infor ERP as well as in Birst, d/EPM, Power BI, or SSRS.
- Work with the business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different systems and data sources.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable reporting solutions.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in reporting and analytics and incorporate them into the company's reporting strategy.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in reporting development with a strong focus on the Finance module of an ERP system (preferably Infor ERP).
- Proficient in BI tools such as Birst, Power BI, or SSRS.
- Strong experience in SQL development and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with database design and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with Data Lake & data warehouse concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Desired:
- Experience with Infor ERP's Finance & SCM modules.
- Familiarity with Infor ERP's financial & SCM data structures and reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with ERP applications like SAP, Workday, Infor, D365, Oracle.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
