Senior Software Engineering - Industry Solution Engineering

In this role, you will work alongside engineers from both your team and our customers' teams, applying your skills and creativity to tackle significant challenges. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in designing and delivering solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies. You will be involved in building innovative solutions, solving exciting business problems, and collaborating with Microsoft product teams.

Responsibilities
- Understand User Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders on user requirements and feedback for features. Apply various feedback channels to improve designs or solutions. Measure customer value, usage patterns, and other metrics of value.
- Design: Contribute to product/solution architecture and testing design with technical leadership. Work hands-on with your team and customers through design and implementation, demonstrating good engineering practices.
- Coding: Write and debug code for product features following coding standards and best practices.
- Implement: Execute project plans, test features, learn about deployment, and consider customer impact. Share your work and learnings with your team, Microsoft product teams, and the OSS community.
- Engineering Excellence: Continuously improve our ability to deliver quality solutions by evolving our engineering processes and building your technical knowledge.
