What You'll do:
Seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Solution Architect with a deep understanding of SAP technologies, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA supply chain management and related modules. A strong background in implementing and architecting SAP solutions, including experience with system design, integration, and customization. Experience working in the Federal space is crucial, as it involves understanding the unique requirements, regulation, and challenges specific to government agencies.
Work with Government Program teams and business owners to understand business processes and requirements to assist in developing:
- Transformation Roadmap - High level transformation roadmap aligned to DoD customer's transformation objectives.
- Process Hierarchy - Confirmation of business processes in scope.
- Solution Architecture - Solution Architecture for the proposed SAP cloud solutions including integrations and reporting.
- Agility Layer - Solution design to build intuitive user interface seamlessly integrating with SAP solution.
- Technology Architecture - Provide advice on Application Architecture, Instance Strategy that includes HANA cloud and custom application development and custom extensions.
- Integration Scope - Validate integration scope including their security requirements for integrations.
- Risk Analysis - Analysis of transformation project risks documenting architecture roadblocks, pain points and mitigation. Provide Decision, Analysis and Resolution (DAR) as a mitigation plan.
- Governance Model - Assist DoD customer's governance model to enable successful transformation project execution.
- Collaborate with the Program Management team to manage the program smoothly, provide leadership to the project team and interface with the customer leadership.
- Develop and nurture strong customer intimacy through consistent, high-quality delivery, opening new opportunities for the organization to support other agency goals.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the project, such as organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Provide day to day directions and oversight of the technical team, establish clear goals and continuously evaluate progress and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure complete compliance with customer agency security and confidentiality requirements.
- Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs and deliver reports and deliverables for the project.
- Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the senior leadership.
Required Skills:
- Must be a US Citizen (no dual status).
- Must be able to obtain SECRET security clearance. Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation or active DoD security clearance.
- Preference given to candidates with project management experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM).
- 20+ years of SAP solution architecture experience.
- 15+ years overall experience with DoD operational and system ERPs, preferably in an SAP enterprise solution architect role.
- 10+ SAP ERP Implementations, preferably S/4HANA experience.
- 2+ years Agile software development management experience.
- Minimum of four full software development life cycle implementation experience.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $179,004.00 - $295,127.00.
