Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager (Nor Cal)
Location: Ideally located in – Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid – 1x Weekly)
- Open to hiring someone in these areas as well – Sacramento, Roseville.
- Travel periodically would be expected to offices – Santa Rosa, Sacramento, Roseville and Walnut Creek – potentially southern Idaho as well.
Pay: 75K- 85K D.O.E.
Position Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for orchestrating and enhancing marketing activities in designated area to reinforce the New American Funding brand and provide marketing support/opportunities for our Loan Officers. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing concepts, coordinating events, and leveraging media and social media opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in leading initiatives and supporting regional sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Vice President and teammates with various marketing initiatives, including social media, blogs, digital ads, CRM, website updates, direct mail, events, and video.
- Assist with developing regional video concepts and editing when applicable.
- Develop creative concepts and collateral for the region.
- Manage the onboarding marketing process for new hires.
- Enhance recruiting efforts and support regional talent acquisition.
- Monitor and manage marketing expenditures and inventory.
- Prepare and deliver monthly marketing project reports to managers.
- Assist in planning and coordinating regional events.
- Oversee social media strategy for the area.
- Oversee regional marketing communications and project management.
- Collaborate with the team to improve systems, materials, and marketing implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, design and creative skills.
- Experience in a marketing role
- Experience and proficiency with video concepts and video editing.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
