This is not just a 9 am - 5 pm position. We are seeking someone to work closely with the owner of multiple businesses, including The Andrew Lamb Team, Anchor Co-Living, and Sober Living Riches, serving as their right hand and providing unwavering support across all ventures.

Compensation:
- Base Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
- Expected First Year Earnings: $120,000

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and professional support to the owner across all businesses, including scheduling, errands, and day-to-day operations. This role requires a willingness to handle any task, no matter how big or small.
- Oversee fiduciary services and CRM management for The Andrew Lamb Team, ensuring seamless client interactions and smooth business operations.
- Manage and optimize systems, financial reports, and strategic planning across Anchor Co-Living and Sober Living Riches, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to positively impact communities.
- Handle complex calendar management, email communication, meeting preparation, and project oversight on behalf of the CEO, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with building management, maintenance, renovations, and property oversight across the company’s portfolio.
- Support the financial management of various business entities, including budget preparation and analysis.
- Act as a liaison with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders, fostering relationships that align with the mission of Anchor Co-Living and Sober Living Riches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations across all business entities.
- Oversee content creation and distribution to promote the missions of Andrew’s businesses.
- Plan and manage events, workshops, and seminars for Sober Living Riches, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Mentor and manage junior staff members or interns, aligning them with company goals and ensuring their effective contribution.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or tools to enhance efficiency and productivity across all businesses.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting an executive at a high level.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel), including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with discretion and confidentiality.
- Customer service focus and a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and working vehicle.
- Comfort handling strong personalities and resolving time-sensitive issues.
