Job Summary:
- The Enterprise Architect (EA) organization works with business and internal stakeholders to define a future-state strategy and vision in terms of capabilities, requirements, principles and models.
- This role as a Senior Solution Architect ensures the Enterprise Architect organization aligns IT and business strategies, while reducing risk and delivering high-quality and adaptive initiative requirements and designs as prioritized by the Strategic Portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
- This role or persona will focus on driving definition of requirements and design through facilitation of process adherence and coordination of resources to define solution to later be built and executed within the portfolio of work.
Strategic Alignment:
- Work with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and business stakeholders to define requirements that deliver strategic business value.
- Drive and govern common standards & guidelines over all solutions.
Governance and Project Support:
- Contributes to the creation and maintenance of a process and repository for the documentation and storage of enterprise and solution architecture artifacts, including conceptual and logical architectures.
- Supports the development of architecture governance structures and compliance activities, appropriately balancing “what is right” with “what is realistic” through practical project portfolio, governance and guidance.
- Assist in enabling an SDLC placemat & framework that ensures that projects and support activities are accomplished per guidelines.
- Develop and provide business friendly EA overview across all functional areas to educate and ensure adoption of standard and process as well as encourage solution re-use.
Supervision and Collaboration:
- Help key stakeholders shape information, ideas into project demand requests of the EA practice.
- Engages Architecture Review Board and governance for project solutions.

- Manage responses and track the number of successful design deployments and non-rework of requirements definition.
Career Experiences Required & Role Implications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- A successful candidate will have the experience in driving solution outcomes across stakeholder verticals across Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security domains.
- An ideal candidate will have business acumen that enables alignment of requirements and designs to an integrated roadmap of business outcomes, needed capabilities, strategic guiding principles, and IT strategy.
- Candidate experience with Enterprise Architecture governance practices is a plus.
