We are seeking a remote Head of Digital Marketing to oversee our paid and organic digital strategies and manage go-to-market implementation plans across various locations. This role is crucial in managing the digital delivery of leads, optimizing cost per lead and cost per conversion, and driving overall improvements in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid digital strategies, digital performance management and execution, SEO best practices, experience managing vendors and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has experience delivering quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. In addition, this leader isn’t afraid to spend time consulting on best practices and strategies while also engaging in day-to-day support of marketing and operational performance optimization. This leader is responsible for helping set the strategic goals for performance marketing excellence across the enterprise and works closely with the CMO to drive change in the digital marketing and performance arenas. Importantly, the ideal candidate will have a knack for communicating complex digital and analytical concepts in a meaningful way to executives and partner brand leaders to ensure understanding.

Responsibilities:
Paid Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies across various channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve targeted cost per lead and cost per conversion metrics.
Organic Digital Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of organic digital strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility.
- Implement SEO best practices and stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes.
Lead Management:
- Oversee the digital delivery of leads, ensuring quality and quantity targets are met.
- Analyze lead performance and adjust strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
- Manage analytical and SEO teams to ensure optimal and timely tracking of lead performance.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve overall marketing performance.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, focusing on cost efficiency and maximizing return on investment.
- Develop strategies to reduce cost per lead and cost per conversion while maintaining high-quality standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate and provide consultation and support to Regional Leadership and location leadership across various locations.
- Encourage professional development and provide guidance to ensure team members meet their performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing paid and organic digital strategies.
- Professional experience in B2C Home Services industries is highly preferred and prioritized.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to drive both process and people success through collaboration and grit.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Expertise in SEO and SEM, with a strong grasp of current trends and algorithm updates.
- Proven experience in managing vendors and external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
