Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of HomeServe’s benefits strategy and philosophy. Designs, implements, evaluates and administers HomeServe’s employee benefit programs.
- Builds and leads a team of benefits specialists to manage administration of HomeServe’s employee benefit plans.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the benefits team to optimize our benefit programs.
- Keep up to date with local and regional legislation and regulations related to employee benefits, ensuring all programs are compliant.
- Build and maintain relationships with benefits vendors, including insurers, retirement plan providers, and wellness program partners and negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
- Oversees the administration all leaves, including but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave, Workers Compensation Leave, and Short and Long Term Disability.
- Promote the value of our benefits offerings to employees. Communicate with employees about benefit programs, open enrollment, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum seven years of HR experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience managing a team.
- Competency in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Intermediate Excel knowledge to include (but is not limited to) Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and creating visual representations

Salary Range: $136,363 to $181,817
Bonus Potential: 20%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
