The SS&C Intralinks Alternative Investments sales organization targets Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Real Assets and other Private Capital Fund Managers as well as Hedge Funds, Fund Administrators, Placement Agents and Law firms to build relationships and provide solutions that help our Fund Manager clients improve their investor communication/reporting, investor onboarding and fund marketing efforts.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Full managerial responsibility for a team of enterprise Field Account Executives.
- Lead an effective team of salespeople that consistently meets or exceeds goals and targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue with an emphasis on landing net new logos as well as expanding relationships in existing accounts.
- Lead by example and provide real-time coaching by participating in and/or leading client and prospect meetings. This includes consistently meeting with VP and C-level clients.
- Grow and develop talent through effective recruiting, hiring, and supporting professional development planning.
- Demonstrate Operational Excellence by accurately reporting on sales activity, forecast, and pipeline management to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SS&C Intralinks organizations including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Legal to support unique customer needs, escalations, and achieve greater organizational impact.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales including lead generation strategies in their region.
- Drive team to deliver the SS&C Intralinks value proposition in the field as well as over the phone employing value-based conversations to arrive at a highly differentiated solution.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise Field Sales experience including prior success selling SaaS solutions to organizations of all sizes.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise Field Sales management experience including experience hiring, developing, and coaching salespeople.
- Track record of success and consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Experience building high-performing sales teams and creating positive sales cultures.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills as well as executive presence.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and resourcefulness.
- Proven capability developing VP and/or C-level client relationships.
- Training or commensurate experience with Solution Selling, Challenger, Force Management or equivalent consultative sales methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel (30%-50%).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Software as a Service in the financial services vertical.
- Relevant business experience in either investment banking, private equity, hedge funds or fund administration.
