Role: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze Technical Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze Technical Lead for a 12-month contract position. The successful candidate will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, with a particular emphasis on Craze. This role demands deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a strong track record of delivering high-quality eCommerce solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze projects, including design, development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze to both internal teams and clients.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze updates and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into project work.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to lead and assist in requirements analysis, technical design, data modeling, sprint planning, and team management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture and limitations.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming tools.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Lightning App Builder.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform programming languages, including:
- B2B Commerce Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (Aura/LWC)
- Visualforce
- Apex
- REST API, SOAP API
- SOQL, SOSL
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, specifically Craze.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
- Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development within Salesforce Commerce Cloud Craze.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce principles, web development technologies, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Certification is preferred.
