Qualifications:
- Board certified in anesthesia with proven leadership experience
- Reside in the St. Louis area
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Action and results-oriented team player
- Commitment to promoting a culture of excellence in patient care and education
- Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of various anesthesia coverage models and anesthesia practice financials
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with local anesthesia leaders and the vice president of operations at several TeamHealth BJC hospital sites
- Oversee clinical coverage and financials with leading initiatives for clinical and efficient care of patients
- Understand and use patient throughput data to identify efficiencies and collaboratively drive action plan(s) with department and facility
- Collaborate and communicate with perioperative facility leadership and selective C-suite members
- Partner with talent acquisition team to enhance clinical recruiting success
