Position Summary:
The General Manager will have total P&L responsibility for Impact Event Solutions including full accountability for Sales, Operations, and all initiatives/programs driving the growth of the business while controlling costs and improving profit margins. This position requires the ability to mentor, develop and nurture a positive culture while ensuring the highest levels of quality, professionalism, and care for both our employees and clients.
The ideal candidate should have an established record of success in increasingly responsible positions as General Manager, ideally from a service-driven, customer-focused market with a propensity for growing, managing, and developing a business with entrepreneurial characteristics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue and market share through the development and implementation of a marketing plans, sales strategies to include targeted strategic account acquisition, and marketing communication plans
- Establish clear goals and expectations for all team members and hold them accountable; location team members consist of Operations Managers, Sales Team, Project Managers, Inventory Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Dispatch Managers
- Work with location team members to establish, implement and track KPI’s for daily operations in order to meet customer and Impact goals. Areas for KPI establishment such as onsite customer service, routing, delivery/installation protocol, warehouse performance metrics.
- Execute high quality end-to-end client service, continuously working to improve customer service levels throughout the sales, fulfillment, and reconciliation process
- Establish relationships with large clients, scope out large events/venues, manage client relationships, and ensure successful events
- Manage all financial aspects for the location: P&L, capital expenditures, forecasting & budgeting
- Hire, develop, manage and lead key managers and sales team member
- Maximize inventory utilization and processes
Education/Experience:
- Demonstrated track record of achievement managing a P&L, meeting budgets, and overseeing sales team and Operations Staff
- Must have excellent results-oriented management skills, multi-tasking and time management capabilities, exceptional team leadership abilities, and a strong work ethic
- 10+ years of management experience in service-oriented operations with at least 200 employees
- 5+ years Sales Management, team leadership and development
- Ability to execute Sales goals and increase location revenue
- Bachelor's Degree required
