Amherst Medical Associates
Our practice is located at 170 University Drive Amherst, MA 01002. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Hybrid, full-time, 40-hour RN to support our practice Monday through Friday. We are open to this employee working 5, 8-hr shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm or 4, 10-hr shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm. Two days are remote, and we are flexible on which days!
Dedicated to phone triage, the RN will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN to bring their triage expertise to thrive in our high-volume office. We have a team of 4 providers that the RN with be responsible for independently triaging for.
QualificationsQualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required.
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association required prior to hire.
- Family Medicine/Primary Care Nursing experience preferred.
- Phone Triage experience preferred.
