About the Role:
As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources, you will lead the organization’s HR Business Partner function and serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Requirements
What you Bring:
- Experience leading through influence, and a track record of partnering with an executive team to impact business strategy and drive organizational success.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the organization’s financial, operational, and strategic drivers and align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Past performance of leading successful HR transformation initiatives, including process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change management.
- Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities, particularly in complex situations.
- The willingness and desire to be both a strategic business partner leading a team of leaders, and a high execution individual contributor.
