Salary: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 / year
Community Health Programs’ next CFO will join a talented, collaborative executive team fully committed to ensuring that our nonprofit federally qualified health center (FQHC) provides healthcare access and high-quality care to all of our neighbors in the Berkshire region. Your financial leadership, commitment to our mission, and appreciation for the unique role of FQHCs in our community will support our patients and our 280+ team members.
Our new CFO will join our senior leadership team and needs to bring the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience as a finance leader (including at least 5 years in healthcare, with primary/multispecialty ambulatory care and/or FQHC experience strongly preferred)
- Deep healthcare knowledge (including budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, government and healthcare fiscal regulations, revenue cycle management, and payer contracting)
