What to Expect
The Campaigns and Field Tooling Programs team is the first point of contact for field issues. We deploy campaigns, manage design and development of tools and procedures that help execute campaigns and other field service activities including PM, CM, installation, and troubleshooting. As a TPM in this team, you will be responsible for timely responses to field issues, facilitating containments and corrective actions, tracking development and lifecycle of field tools, continuously clarifying, and improving the related processes. This includes tracking early life failures and root causes analysis, field deployment, service procedure development and documentation, as well as tracking and managing product containments.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the containment workflow for several products simultaneously
- Perform RCA and work cross-functionally with software and hardware engineering teams to contain and remediate issues
- Drive engineering solutions to issues found on the field surrounding hardware and process failures (retrofits, that do not apply to new product)
- Develop procedures and workflows to streamline the flow of service needs back to design + manufacturing. (new product)
- Work cross functionally to improve field service procedure cost and speed
- Track and report on metrics like cost, risk, timeline
- Identify gaps in product validation and field operation that resulted in the field issue and feedback test improvements
- Collect and prioritize issue tickets, tool development tickets, procedure tickets and SNPI tickets
- Plan, track and drive tooling projects and enforce proper change management of tools in the field
- Track the productization and industrialization of tools by working with SC, manufacturing, material planning etc. Work with the sales teams for tool forecasts
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following environments – manufacturing, root cause analysis, product design and development, testing and validation or technical project management; 8 years preferred
- Ability to drive collaboration across functions and levels within the business
- Experience with fast-paced organizations
- Hands-on personality – the job may require one’s hands to get dirty
- SQL/Spreadsheet/Presentation skills/Jira/confluence
- Up to 20% travel may be required
- PMP or AGILE certification is an asset

Expected Compensation: $88,000 - $300,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
