As part of the People & Culture Team, the Talent Acquisition Director is a critical enabler of the CCAC vision and purpose. The TA Director works directly with leaders across the organization to develop and execute a talent recruitment strategy and engaging onboarding experience, while ensuring alignment with CCAC goals, strategy, and team philosophy. The TA Director will lead and support efforts to identify, attract, and hire talent aligned with CCAC vision, and translating organizational needs into recruitment strategies to ensure candidate development across multiple impact areas across CCAC. The TA Director maintains strong relationships with leaders across the organization while providing an accurate and inspiring value proposition to potential candidates.

Recruitment Strategy Ownership: Develop & execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to recruit top talent and shorten time to fill across all levels and functions within the organization through creative and varied channels. Continuously evaluating and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Build recruitment marketing techniques based on needs of role.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership: Source candidates through various methods, including job postings, resume databases, networking, and recruitment events. Participate in selection processes for critical roles including screening and interviewing. Support and attend recruitment and networking events to promote CCAC career opportunities. Identify and support candidates from job posting through hire and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Leadership Relationships & Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs. Educate, train, and equip hiring managers with the tools and resources necessary to own talent searches and effectively participate in the recruitment process.
Talent Analytics & Insights: Develop and utilize metrics to align with current and forecasted business recruitment needs. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Onboarding & Branding: Work collaboratively to develop the employer brand and promote across multiple channels to attract and retain top talent. Showcase CCAC's culture, values, and career growth opportunities using consistent and inspiring messaging. Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles and the company culture.

Minimum:
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment through onboarding

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)/HRIS and other recruitment-related software; ADP preferred
