Guaranty Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Vice President of Treasury Solutions. In this role, you will oversee our Treasury Solutions division, including the strategic roadmap, product development, pricing, sales, and implementations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our clients.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with community and metro markets to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Treasury Solutions division.
- Set measurable goals and objectives that focus on the profitability and growth of Treasury Solutions.
- Work closely with lenders/advisors to assist them in achieving individual Treasury Solutions goals.
- Lead Treasury-related relationships with our existing bank customers. Provide market data and insights to inform the design of Treasury Solutions services.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of existing services and recommend new product offerings to meet client needs.
- Work with our market ambassadors and Treasury Advisors to structure how products and solutions are laid out and communicated with customers.
- Provide market data and insights to inform the design of Treasury Solutions services.
- Be accountable for revenue growth, pipeline management, and overall profitability within the Treasury Solutions division.
- Stay informed about Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously update your knowledge to ensure the bank remains competitive in the market.
- Leverage industry changes and trends to ensure that the shape of the Treasury Solutions product mix is optimized appropriately for our customers.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management, commercial banking, or related roles.
- Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of online banking, account analysis, electronic payments and collections.
- Strong knowledge of current ACH regulations preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and market research.
