Job Description
EDGE Program, Technical Sales and Consulting
Rockwell Automation's Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Join a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. After completion of the training program, Associates are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.
Associate Account Manager
You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and grow customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, Associate Account Managers are based in the Dallas sales office and call on customers all over North America.
Associate Domain Expert
As a member of our Domain Expert team, you will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, OEMs, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve unique challenges in industry. You will respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests, explaining the capability and benefits of our portfolio to customers. You are responsible for technical support in pre-sales activities for a specific range of products within a defined geography. You will help with commercial marketing activities, interface with product teams, be the contact for product and quality issues, provide post-sales troubleshooting when needed, and act as a local interface with Tech Support. After completion of the training program, Associate Technology Consultants are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

- Valid US driver's license.
Preferred qualifications (not required):
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, our Partner Network, or our customer.
- Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software or Chemical Engineering; Computer Science, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or other technical degrees or similar.
- Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or customer-facing role.
- Experience and knowledge with technical skills and/or domains.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $72,000 - $90,000/annual. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
