Vice President of Supply Chain Compensation and Benefits
- Pay – $200,000 to $220,000 annually + bonus

Vice President of Supply Chain Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, from an accredited institution
- Strong capability in Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Quality, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Safety.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred. Or other Lean Manufacturing certifications.
- High level of Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience: 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, required.

Vice President of Supply Chain Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the successful execution of programs that will enhance profitability and productivity in designated areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for meeting established internal and external processes and KPI’s for the support areas and for their measurement and effectiveness.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective cross-functional and cross-business unit strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and people designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
- Ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to meet operational and financial targets.
- Hire, motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain members of the team; provide effective coaching for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with all stakeholders.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize throughput with gained efficiencies.
- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis using Six Sigma to improve key business processes.
