Our Values
We center care in all we do
We truly, actually care. We’re authentic in putting care at the core, for our members, for our team, and for our mission. For many of us, it is personal.
We challenge convention
We attack the problem. We are lean, agile, scrappy, nimble and aren’t afraid of a challenge. We’re results oriented, and do not accept the status-quo, don’t take no for an answer. Speed is our friend.
We take our work seriously, not ourselves
We have a high bar for excellence. We deliver results. And we incorporate humor because it’s important to balance out the grind and challenges. We make space for jokes, levity, laughter.
Your job isn’t done until the job is done
We operate as a collective. We take ownership. We look to help one another to get to the end goal.
We win together; we also fail together
We celebrate as a team when we win. We take responsibility as a team when things don’t go according to plan. We respect each other. We acknowledge. We get better. We keep going.
