Barclays Services LLC seeks Cyber Security Senior Manager, VP in Wilmington, DE (multiple positions available):
- Supporting implementation of security culture and embedding of security controls into business change (BtB) and BAU (RtB) processes.
- Maintaining BU-specific view of control horizontal programs and articulate BU benefit.
- Managing security for the allocated business units and teams in USCB. Ensuring business operations, processes and technology are reviewed to identify high-risk processes requiring enhanced security review/controls.
- Interfacing between the business teams and group Chief Security Office/Group
Information Security. Driving security awareness and education throughout the business units.
- Supporting management of Business Unit budget interlock processes to ensure security change programs and BAU controls are funded and resourced, supporting Security Solution engagement in BU Change Programs.
- Identifying, leading, and embedding security change in conjunction with BI Cyber Program, GIS and Technology.
- Creating and delivering key metrics as needed for USCB.
- Interacting with a wide array of stakeholders from technology, CSO, and CCO to the broader USCB business and audit.
- Leveraging subject matter expertise in driving conversations and influencing decisions.
- Improving current visibility of cyber security amongst the business and influencing technology teams and business outcomes.
- Ensuring all activities and duties carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

Purpose of the role
To provide a primary liaison service between the business, technology, and security functions. In order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and support the mitigation of security risk.
Accountabilities
- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their security requirements in business processes and IT projects, to enhance overall risk management.
- Execution of risk assessments to identify and prioritise potential cybersecurity threats that could impact the banks operations and data and guide the implementation of mitigation strategies and communicate findings to relevant findings to relevant senior stakeholders.
- Collaboration with business units to develop and implement security policies and procedures for the banks operations aligned to the risk management framework.
- Management of the implementation, testing and monitoring of security controls across the banks IT systems to ensure the effectiveness of controls and mitigation of risk.
- Execution of training content and sessions to educate employees, enhance cybersecurity awareness and provide guidance on safe online practices.
- Management of complex cybersecurity incidents by collaborating with IT teams and response experts to effectively resolve cases through analysis, expertise support and project supervision.
- Identification of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and new technologies to address potential risks by advocating the adoption of new security solutions.
