The REI Physician position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking REI Physicians to join our dedicated teams nationwide. These are full-time, benefits-eligible positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with reproductive endocrine disorders, infertility, and other reproductive health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices.
- Perform a variety of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) procedures, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), ovulation induction, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and fertility preservation techniques.
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, hysterosalpingograms, hysteroscopies, and other related reproductive tests.
- Counsel patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and potential outcomes, ensuring a clear understanding of their fertility journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, embryologists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including treatment plans, test results, and progress notes.
- Stay current with advancements in reproductive medicine, including new techniques, treatments, and technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and continuing medical education activities.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
- Engage in community outreach and education, contributing to the promotion of fertility awareness and services.
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical guidelines in reproductive medicine practice.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
- Active medical license in the state of practice or ability to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a practicing REI physician is preferred, though new graduates from an accredited fellowship program are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting diagnostic and therapeutic reproductive procedures, including IVF, IUI, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and more.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and a dedication to advancing the field of reproductive medicine.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Research experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$350,000 - $750,000 annually. The compensation range for this position is between $350,000 and $750,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
