EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Capstone Asset Management is searching for a customer-oriented and relational business leader to join their team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The CFO will manage and oversee the finance and operations department. They will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction, financial and operational oversight across various departments including finance, HR, IT, legal, and sales and marketing. The successful candidate will report directly to the President and collaborate closely with other members of the Leadership Team to drive growth, ensure compliance, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. The position requires the incumbent to have high financial acumen, business perspective, and a focus on results.
The CFO will be part of the Leadership Team, which includes the President/Chief Investment Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Portfolio Manager – Private Wealth, and Senior Portfolio Manager – Public/Private Equity. This role also has nine direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; CPA designation required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards and operating with integrity in all business dealings.
- Knowledge of Biblical principles and a commitment to incorporating them into leadership and decision-making processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects and resources effectively.
- Travel may be required.
