A private and National client within the Building Automation and Controls space is looking for a General Manager for their Seattle Location. Here you will be asked to strategize and implement efforts to grow the local market while being responsible for day-to-day business operations.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and implement market growth strategies.
- Lead and develop all sales and operations leaders and team members.
- Must work effectively with internal stakeholders, ownership team, clients, strategic partners, and the functional groups within the company.
- Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment by modeling the company values.
Qualifications
- Must have experience with Building Automation and Controls projects and systems.
- SPIN and Strategic Selling sales model, or equivalent.
- 10+ years demonstrating effective strategic sales leadership.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solving.
