Bayhealth Medical Center, central and southern Delaware's largest healthcare provider, is seeking a fellowship trained, experienced Breast Surgeon to serve as the Breast Program Director for our planned American College of Surgeons National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NABPC) at our Sussex Campus, located in Milford, Delaware. We are in the initial assessment and planning stages for our Kent Campus NAPBC program. Our ideal candidate will have leadership experience/interest, experience with the NAPBC-accreditation program, and experience or interest in graduate medical education (research or teaching) and will be designated as a core faculty member in our General Surgery residency. Certified by the American Society of Breast Surgeons for Stereotactic Breast Procedures and Breast Ultrasound is preferred. (Anticipated: Clinical 90%/GME 10%)
