Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Director to join their dynamic team and take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of human resources management.
The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to take a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce, fostering a positive work environment, and driving overall employee engagement. Spanish speaking is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective strategies to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and ensure a strong employer brand.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, conduct orientation, and provide resources for new employees' successful integration.
- Handle concerns and conflicts, foster open communication, and implement recognition programs for a positive work environment.
- Set clear expectations, conduct evaluations, and encourage ongoing performance conversations for employee growth.
- Develop and update policies, ensure legal compliance, and promote a fair work environment.
- Identify skill gaps, curate relevant training programs, and encourage continuous learning for professional development.
- Efficiently allocate resources for HR initiatives, aligning with financial goals and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role within the manufacturing industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, regulations, and best practices, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy development.
- Strong abilities in crafting compelling job descriptions, conducting effective interviews, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower the HR team and drive positive organizational change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and utilize HR metrics for strategic planning.
