We're seeking a self-motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Team. In this role, you will help support business growth by sourcing, attracting, identifying, and hiring top and diverse talent through multiple recruitment strategies.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment to fill a diverse range of roles and specialties. We need someone who possesses grit, determination, and a knack for connecting the dots. Responsibilities:
- Create and manage requisitions in Workday with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Own the process from requisition to offer.
- Conduct comprehensive applicant reviews and screening to identify top talent for various roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure interviewers are prepared for success and have the resources they need to conduct equitable and consistent candidate assessments.
- Prepare and extend offers to candidates and navigate negotiations.
- Support internal mobility.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs and processes.
- Utilize talent analytics and data sources to provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to guide effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Embrace change, learn new skills, and contribute ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our teams and cultivate strong relationships with team members and hiring managers.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support the HR team with other projects and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability and willingness to work a hybrid schedule (Currently: a minimum of 3 days per week in our Paramus, NJ office).
- Integrity, professionalism, and sensitivity in handling confidential information.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and comfort in navigating technology changes. Workday experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of execution and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels, collaborate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with online recruiting sites and platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor).
