Job Description
- Performs a variety of duties relating to the development, documentation, and control of civilian manpower requirements and resources.
- Collects and compiles background data for use in civilian manpower spaces, special studies and review and analysis on apparent discrepancies.
- Evaluates the adequacy of controls and reporting systems and develops such systems where none exist
- Performs analysis and recommends changes in procedures, workflow and organization.
- Interfaces with supervisor division chiefs to develop a comprehensive manpower program to meet the needs of the organization; makes recommendations to supervisor/Director for changes.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-01 or GS-04). OR I have successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor?s degree. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR I have the general experience as described in A, but less than three years; and I have some education as described in B, but less than the required four years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 36.
