We are actively recruiting a full-time Partner Track anesthesiologist for an opportunity to join U.S. Anesthesia Partners – Colorado, which is a growing and well-respected practice in the Denver metro area that services AdventHealth Avista.

AdventHealth Avista hospital provides comprehensive, compassionate care in Louisville, Colorado, and the surrounding Boulder County area.
Our physicians receive a comprehensive compensation & benefits package that includes:
- The estimated starting compensation for the position is between $400k to $500k annually with the ability to earn more.
- $30k sign-on bonus OR a $20k sign-on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible).
- 401k match and quarterly profit sharing are also available.
- Medical malpractice including tail insurance.
- NEW No non-compete!
- Call shifts are about 1 weekday/week & 1 weekend/month; post-call mostly off.
- Cases include: Bread and Butter, General, Spine, Gyn, OB, Urology. No Cranis, Vascular, Thoracic, or peds.
- 80% of work will be at the hospital; 20% at GI Center in Boulder.
