Job Summary
The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is currently seeking an Exam Proctor (Per Diem) to join our team of professionals.
Duties include:
- Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
- Prepares and distributes exam related materials prior to the test administration.
- Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from exam area.
- Continuously observes students during examinations.
- Responds to student requests and resolve inquiries or issues as needed.
- Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support for assessments (e.g., EValue, ExamSoft, NBME).
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications
Office or related experience providing administrative support or coordinating functions of an office or department.
Work Schedule
ON CALL – approx. 15 hours per week.
Advertised Salary
$15.00/hour
