Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic operations to optimize material flow and ensure timely service delivery in line with customer requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory control processes, aligning operations with business objectives and minimize waste.
- Provide leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in logistics or operations management, ideally within the airline catering or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desired.
- Extensive knowledge of operations, including equipment packing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with logistics management software.
