As a Treasury Management Salesperson with RBC, you will help grow a new business within an established top tier financial institution by cultivating new cash management relationships across our capital markets clients. You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute an industry focused sales strategy while developing partnerships with Client Relationship Managers, Investment Bankers, Account Management, Product and Operations teams.
This role will have a strong focus on developing cash management relationships across the Insurance industry. An in-depth understanding of the treasury and cash management needs of companies in this market segment is critical.
What will you do?
- Must be able to persuasively articulate RBC's US Cash Management value proposition both internally and externally.
- Grow RBC's capital markets client base and drive revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new cash management opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Facilitate strategic dialogue focusing on key client-centric topics, deliver industry benchmarking insight, and partner cross functionally to contribute to the design of a tailored end-to-end cash management solution.
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers, Account Management, and Product to bring forth client insights that will drive solution development and enhancement.
- Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of products and solutions.
- Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.
- Devise and execute a plan to exceed sales goals.
- Accountable for the development of a sales pipeline of both new and cross-sell opportunities and appropriately managing those opportunities through to decision.

- The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $210,000 - $250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
