Cardiology - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Care Team
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking an outstanding individual for a faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at UT Southwestern and Children's Health Dallas. This position is specific for the Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Care (PACC) team, which consists of a group of faculty dedicated to the care of pediatric patients with heart transplant, cardiomyopathy, and VAD. This position includes the opportunity for leadership positions within the PACC team for qualified individuals.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least three years of General Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship training.
- A 4th year training in pediatric cardiology cardiomyopathy/transplant is required.
- Candidates must have a strong commitment to patient care, teaching, and clinical research.
- Applicants must be eligible for licensure in the state of Texas.
- Board certified in Pediatrics, as well as board eligible, certified, or equivalent in Pediatric Cardiology.
Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time schedule.
