Job Description:
The LPN assists the staff and physician by collecting pertinent patient information needed to determine physical and psychological needs, addressing and identifying health problems, performing selected treatments, diagnostic procedures, and routine duties. The LPN functions as a member of the healthcare team with responsibilities commensurate with educational preparation, training, and demonstrated competencies. Direct patient care is provided to patients of all ages.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program - current LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- BCLS required
- Minimum two years of direct patient care experience preferred
