Position Details:
- Full-time employment (Monday-Friday schedule)
- Practice locations include Ball Memorial Hospital & Muncie clinic 90% of the time and Outreach at Jay County Hospital and Blackford Hospital 10% of the time
- Work-life balance with On-Call: 1:5-6
- 25% Inpatient / 75% Outpatient
- Team: 5 Physicians and 3 Advanced Providers
- Patient Volume: Individuals can expect on average 40-60 procedures per week
- Procedures include: upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, enteroscopy, band ligation, ERCP/EUS (not required), RFA & esophageal motility
- Teaching residents, lectures, adjunct faculty appointment, limited drug trials
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Fellowship training required in Gastroenterology
- Interested in new and practicing physicians
- J1 (2025 only) and HIB Visa sponsorship
