The Talent Acquisition Partner position supports People & Culture in providing exemplary customer service, to both internal and external partners, with a focus on the recruiting and onboarding experience. This position reports to and works closely with Talent Acquisition Partner and CPCO to facilitate the recruitment process by directly interacting with applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and People & Culture team members. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- Administrator of applicant tracking
- Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in applicant tracking
- Facilitate job posting in applicant tracking system and third-party job boards, maintaining accurate job postings based on agency needs.
- Manage onboarding process including, but not limited to, preparation of offer letters, communicating pre-employment requirements to candidates and ensuring requirements are completed prior to start date.
- Identify effective means of sourcing candidates, including leveraging job boards and social media.
- Establish and maintain networking relationships that will increase applicant flow to job
- Ensure agency compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as requirements by entities that oversee agency programs, accreditation, and
- Review applications and, when necessary, actively search for applicants to present a pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews for hiring
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the recruitment and onboarding processes, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and proactively communicating to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist People & Culture Partners and program managers in developing recruitment strategies to meet business strategies and goals.
- Represent JCFS Chicago and its programs in a positive manner to both internal and external contacts.
- Maintain organized, accurate and complete electronic employee
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to personal identifiable information, and information protected under HIPAA.
Requirements
- Associate degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent
- At least two years related
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and
- Ability to grasp foundational laws and best practices related to human
- Ability to understand and fully grasp agency culture and source applicants within a targeted market.
Preferences
- Experience working with Ultimate Kronos Group- UKG applicant tracking
- Professional experience in recruiting, especially for clinical, case management and teacher positions.
- Professional experience utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and
- PHR or SHRM
- Knowledge of and/or familiarity with Jewish
- Experience with health services or non-profit environment

- Compensation: The minimum compensation for this position is $30 an hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.
