Summary
As Product Manager Data Solutions for PHM at Gainwell, you will oversee the implementation of the data platform for the Population Health Management Service (PHM Service) Project in California. This will include leading a team of product managers and partners responsible for integrating our partner solutions and building out the analytics capabilities for DHCS.

Your role in our mission
- Leverages Agile practices to lead a cross-functional team that analyzes, designs, and implements products to meet solution needs.
- Responsible for effective translation of clinical / business needs into solution requirements. Develop vision and road map for data "products" focused on Population Health Management.
- Prioritizes product features using Agile practices.
- Responsible for coordinating partners and Gainwell product capabilities to create a cohesive solution.
- Subject Matter expert in HEDIS, and Health Quality solutions. Able to educate and work with engineers to appropriately translate, develop, and configure analytical solutions.
- Analyzes new and existing architectures, research solutions, specifies long-term direction, and ensures platforms meet business / clinical expectations.
- Supports the design of the overall solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy to deliver an integrated solution that meets customer needs. Uses compelling visual and oral communication strategies to convey the solution vision and strategy during meetings and presentations to appropriate parties.
- Ensures that the business and technical aspects of the program are accepted by the stakeholders. Lead design sessions and user acceptance testing.
- Generates appropriate design artifacts (Personas, Use Cases, Business and Technical Requirements, solution flows, etc.) to guide configuration and development efforts.
- Proactively addresses product risks, issues, and stakeholder concerns with a customer-first mindset.
- Identifies existing and potential issues and design matters solution; implements actions to ensure that best practices and processes are followed.
- Researches business, clinical and technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards.
- Implements feedback loops for continuous product and process improvement.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product /project/program management.
- 10+ years experience working in healthcare.
- Experience working with data / analytics products and/or client or vendor-related technology.

- Willingness to travel to Sacramento, CA, is occasionally required.

The pay range for this position is $124,800.00 - $178,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
