This position is located on the Oregon Coast. The General Manager for this one of a kind oceanfront property is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the resort by achieving profitability goals, maintaining high guest satisfaction levels, and overseeing all operational aspects.
General Manager Responsibilities

General Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five years of General Manager-level experience in the hotel and resort industry
- Proficiency in hotel computer systems and spreadsheet applications preferred
General Manager Skills And Abilities
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal)
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Sound judgment, decision-making ability, and effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
